The memoir is absorbing my writing time right now, and it will likely take another year at least. You’re right about complications with family and friends in my writing. I consider that, but also believe I have to tell the truth–my higher responsibilities are to God and my readers.

Also, I’ve been reworking two of the books I coauthored with Dr. Paul Brand. Writers don’t really retire; they just run out of words.

I do indeed use a computer for writing, though also send out hand-written photo cards to readers.
